MAIN ROLE - Oversight of staff and quality control on and off the field. Support, develop & evaluate the technical staff, create a club wide methodology from grass roots development through our elite team program, implement a consistent coaching education initiative as well as a tactical approach with a focus on team shape and systems of play to position our players and teams for success.

COACHING - A Former Director of Coaching for Virginia RUSH on the Southside and current Head Coach for the Virginia Peninsula Community College Men's team in NJCAA Region 10. Former Technical Director for Virginia Legacy SC, Chesterfield United FC & Founder/Former Technical Director for Tidewater Sharks FC & Virginia FC. Founder/Current Sporting Director for ETA Soccer/VA Futsal DA. Served as head coach in the USL Pro League and PDL for the Eastern Shore Sharks and Virginia Legacy. Former UWS head coach/GM for Virginia FC, WPSL head coach/GM for Tidewater Sharks and NPSL head coach for Legacy 76 leading the team to back to back playoff appearances and the clubs only birth into the Lamar Hunt US Open Cup National Tournament. Represented Virginia ODP coaching internationally in Costa Rica and Czech Republic, in Brazil as a coach for Puma Pro Select as well as in England & Germany as a coach for RUSH Select National Staff. Selected by USL Super Y League as 1 of 6 coaches to lead the USL Pro Experience in Cincinnati. Former Assistant Coach for William & Mary women and Salisbury University men, and Head Coach for Hampton University Women NCAA Division 1 Big South Conference. Eight time high school varsity coach of the year while leading programs in Maryland and Virginia.

PLAYING - USL D3 Pro League player for Delaware Wizards, Baltimore Bays, Eastern Shore Sharks & called up to USL "A League" Maryland Mania. Division 1 player at ODU, 1st team all ESAC Conference & NSCAA Regional All American at Salisbury University. 1st team all state of Maryland, Bayside Conference MVP, State leading point scorer in high school.
