MAIN ROLE - Create and implement technical curriculum for individual player development. Devise standards and a tracking system in order to provide evaluations and a pathway to sharpen foundations and advanced techniques in a fast paced, competitive environment - that includes weekly futsal sessions. Evaluate coaches team sessions and club-wide technical training nights to insure player development and quality of training is the priority.

EXPERIENCE - Former Head Women’s coach Hampton University NCAA Division I Big South Conference and Technical Director for VAFC youth program. NSCAA National Diploma Licensed, and USSF Grassroots E.

COACHING - Former Technical Director for Newport News F.C, former Head Coach for Gaston United 2010-11, Barca FC 2011-12, Denbigh High School 2013, Assistant Director of ADP for VA Legacy 2016-18 & ETA United Super Y & FutsalETA USYF DA 2015-2019.

PLAYING - Played club for Alexandria Hurricanes in 2000, and went on to play for Team America (TAP) under Clyde Watson. Played at C.D Hylton High and was an All-District player, a former ODP standout on the Regional Team in 2003 and National pool for the 87 boys. Went on to play at Louisburg College and was an All-Region IX player. Transferred to Belmont Abbey College where he played for two years and selected into the All Conference Carolina team 2007. Trained professionally with long standing USL franchise Charlotte Eagles in 2010 prior to settling down on the Peninsula and playing at the top amateur level in the area. A C.D Hylton Bulldogs alumni, graduate from Belmont Abbey College with a Bachelor Degree in Sports Management and an Associate Degree from Louisburg College.
