What do my Player fees cover?
- Club Operating Expenses (insurance, online registration, additional club overhead)
- Club Website – Hosting & Development Fees
- Staff Salaries
- Professional Fees (CPA, Legal etc.)
- Need-based Financial Aid Program
- 360 Player Registration & Communications platform
- Hudl Video account and access for 11 aside players & teams
- Risk Management and Coaches background checks
- League Fees and Governing Organization Fees (USYS, VPSL, NPL, US Club, VYSA & MSYSA)
- Facility Usage Fees
- Technical/Functional Training Sessions
- Goalkeeper Training
- Winter Futsal training once (1) a week in January & February
- VYSA/MSYSA/USYS & US Club Soccer Player Passes
- College Advisory Program (CAP) for U15-U19 players
- Coaching Salaries
- Two (2) Tournaments/1 per season for JR'S & DA teams
- Three (3) Tournaments per year for RL & NL teams
- Coaching Education and Development
- A player that is promoted "called up" from a DA or RL level team to RL or NL level team will have a proportionite increase in their player fees to cover expenses associated with that level team. For example if a player performs well in the fall and is promoted for the winter or spring season a proportionite fair promotion/call up fee will be agreed upon and assessed.
**Program fees do not include**
- Official Rush Soccer Capelli Uniform Package and Optional Items
- Optional off-season programs (personal training, futsal academy, summer training, etc.)
- Winter Indoor League participation (optional)
- Personal Travel Expenses to league games and events
- Additional Tournaments & Events not Covered in Fees
- Coach travel cost for non-local league or tournament play
